The Board of AU Small Finance Bank has approved the allotment of 43,30,441 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 692.77 per equity share and allotment of 1,01,04,364 convertible warrants at a price of Rs 692.77 per warrant to Camas Investment on preferential basis.
