At meeting held on 03 September 2015
AVI Polymers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 September 2015, the following changes has taken place in the company's key managerial personnel;1. Karan Rajkumar Mishra had given resignation from the office of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 31 August 2015 due to personal reasons.
2. Mitesh Meghani was appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 03 September 2015.
