AXISCADES Engineering Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, inter-alia, has considered and approved the acquisition of AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies (ACATL) by way of a Scheme of Amalgamation of India Aviation Training Institute (IAT") with AXISCADES Engineering Technologies (ACETL).The Scheme of Amalgamation would be subject to the approval of the Jurisdictional High Court and any other statutory or regulatory authorities as applicable.
