B N Rathi Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following :- With regard to Rights Issue, the Issue Price has been fixed as Rs.15/- (i.e., 10/- Per share at a premium of Rs. 5/-) per share in the Ratio of One Equity Share for Every One Equity Share held.
