Baba Arts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, inter alia, have:- Approved to diversify the business activity of the Company and for the said purpose approved in principle and subject to approval of members of the Company, alteration of the Main objects of Company by inserting the objects to undertake:
a. The business of imports, exports, traders in all kinds of material and goods including Plastic Raw Materials, PVC, Electronic Items, Electrical Goods, Cosmetics, Toiletry etc.
b. The business of manufacturing of Plastic Raw Materials, PVC etc.
c. The business of manufacturing of Electronic Items, Electric Goods etc.
