Balasore Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2016, inter alia, has approved unanimously the following resolutions;- Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 appointment of Mita Jha, as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 12 August 2016.
