Balasore Alloys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved unanimously the following resolutions:-1. Appointment of Ansuman Kumar Bhanja, as an Additional cum Wholetime Director designated as Director - Operations of the Company with effect from 07 November 2014.
2. Appointment of Krishna Chandra Raut, as a Nominee Director of State Bank of India on the Board of the Company with effect from 07 November 2014.
