At meeting held on 11 January 2017
Banco Products (India) announced that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 11 January 2017 and inter alia decided / approved the following:1. The Board declared Interim Dividend @Rs. 5/- per Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each i.e. 250% for the Financial Year ending on 31 March 32017.
2. The Dividend shall be paid on or after 30 January 2017.
