BASF India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 July 2014, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Rajesh Naik as a Wholetime Director of the Company and also as an Alternate Director to Dr. Rainer Diercks with effect from 01 August 2014 in place of Dr. G.
