At meeting held on 04 November 2015
Bata India announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 04 November 2015, the resignation of Kumar Nitesh, Managing Director - Retail of the Company with effect from 04 November 2015 has been considered and approved, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board.In view of internal Management movement, Kumar Nitesh has stepped down from the Board but shall continue in an Executive role in the Company.
