At meeting held on 05 July 2016
Bayer CropScience announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 05 July 2016, the following items were considered and approved:1. The Board appointed Pankaj Patel as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 05 July 2016.
2. The Board further appointed Pankaj Patel as the Chairman of the Board with effect from 05 July 2016 to chair all the meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Meetings of the Company.
