Bayer CropScience announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 February 2015, noted the resignation tendered by Tobias Marchand, as a Director of the Company and approved appointment of Dr. Regine Juergens, as an Additional Director of the Company.The resignation of Marchand is effective from the closing hours of 31 January 2015 and appointment of Dr. Juergens is effective from 02 February 2015.
Consequent to above changes, the Board and the Audit Committee stands reconstituted.
