Bentley Commercial Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matter:- Arun Kinjawadekar has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 16 May 2016.
