At meeting held on 03 September 2015
BGIL Films & Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 September 2015, have approved the following;1. Nirmal Vaid has been appointed as an Additional Directors and Whole-Time Director of the Company, subject to the ratification of the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Vimal Kumar Srivastava has resigned from the Non-Executive Non - Independent Director of the Company.
3. Arti Bhatia has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
4. The Board have reconstituted of all Committees of the Company.
