Biofil Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that Ramesh C Shah, Non Executive Independent Director has tendered his resignation from the post of directorship of the Company with effect from 15 November 2015 vide his letter dated 02 September 2015.Further note that the above letter of resignation was tabled at the board of directors meeting held on 09 November 2015 and was noted by all the directors present.
