The Board of Birla Corporation at its meeting held on 02 August 2019 has approved the following -Approved the appointment of Pracheta Majumdar (DIN: 00179118), Wholetime Director designated as Chief Management Advisor as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and redesignated him as the Wholetime Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. 2 August, 2019.
Consequent to the completion of tenure of Bachh Raj Nahar as Managing Director of the Company, Shri Nahar ceases to be the Managing Director with effect from the close of business hours of 2 August, 2019. However, he shall continue to be the Non-Executive Director of the Company.
