Birla Shloka Edutech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:1. Resignation of LKM & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company.
2. Appointment of Jaiprakash Upadhayay & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
