Board of Sandu Pharmaceuticals recommend that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2022, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity Share (i.e.Earlier board meeting dated on 12-August-2022, decided final dividend of Rs 0.07 to Rs 0.75 per share (i.e. 7.5%)revised dividend approved in Board Meeting on 12-August-2022) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
