Bombay Rayon Fashions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2016 approved the following -Subject to approval of shareholders, issue of equity shares on preferential basis to CDR lenders on conversion of Working Capital Term Loan and Funded Interest Term Loan.
