Board of Camphor & Allied Products recommends final dividend

Camphor & Allied Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of Rs 10 each (i.e. @ 20%) on the paid up equity share capital of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
