Capital Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 March 2016, has approved the following:1. Allotment of 30,75,000 Equity shares at Rs. 217/- Issue price on preferential basis to Non-Promoters.
2. Allotment of 30,92,500 Equity shares against conversion of warrants to Yogen Khosla, promoter.
