Carewell Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, has considered and approved the following matters;1. Appointment of Baskaran Sathya Prakash, as Additional Director of the Company with immediate effect.
2. Taking on record the resignation from the Board of the Company of Kesavan Suresh Kumar, Executive Director with effect from the closing hours of 31 May 2015.
3. Appointment of Baskaran Sathya Prakash, as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015, subject to the approval of Share Holders.
