Cera Sanitaryware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 October 2015, has proposed to enter into a joint venture by signing MoU with Anjani Tiles with controlling interest of 51% for setting up manufacturing of high quality Ceramic Vetrified Tiles plant in Nellore District in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
