Chennai Petroleum Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 June 2017 approved the following -Resignation of B Ashok, Non Executive Chairman as Director on the Board of the Company on his superannuation on 31 May 2017.
Noted the nomination of Sanjiv Singh, Chairman, Indian Oil Corporation as Director and Non Executive Chairman on Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation.
Appointment of S M Vaidya, Executive Director (Operations), Indian Oil Corporation, as Director on the Board of Chennai Petroleum Corporation.
