At meeting held on 26 July 2014
Circuit Systems (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 July 2014, has appointed Madhu Kejriwal as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 26 July 2014. Her appointment will be subject to confirmation at General Meeting of the Company and liable to retire by rotation.The Board also confirmed retirement of Ambalal C Patel who has retired on previous Annual General Meeting.
