The Board of City Union Bank at its meeting held on 24 May 2018 has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:10 i.e., one equity share of Re. 1/- each for every ten fully paid up equity shares held as on the record date, subject to the approval of the members of the Bank.
