Cochin Malabar Estates & Industries announced that M L Sharma has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and his resignation was accepted by the Board in its meeting held on 29 May 2014.The Board also considered and approved the appointment of B L Surana as an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2014.
