Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2014 approved the infusion of additional funds on private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding Rs 20 crore into the Company by way of issuance of unlisted, non-convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares to be offered to and jointly subscribed by Kailash Gupta and Rekha Gupta , promoters of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
