Board of Compuage Infocom to consider stock split and issue of NCDs

Compuage Infocom announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 15 December 2016 inter-alia, to transact following business:

1. To consider and recommend raising of funds by way of offer/issue of Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures.

2. To consider and recommend Subdivision of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each into shares of lower value.

3. To consider and recommend revision in managerial remuneration of Managing Director and Whole-time Director of the Company.
