Consecutive Investment & Trading Co announced that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 05 July 2016, the following changes in the Board of directors were approved.1. Resignation of Rajendra Kumar Jain as a Director of the Company with effect from 01 July 2016, due to other occupations of him.
2. Appointment of Subodh Kumar Jain as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 05 July 2016 to hold office upto the date of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
