At meeting held on 28 January 2015
Coral India Finance & Housing announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the following business:1. The Board had approved the appointment of Sachin Doshi as Chief Financial Officer of the Company as a Whole Time Key Managerial Person (KMP) w.e.f. 01 January 2015.
2. The Board had approved the appointed of Sheela Kamdar as an Additional Director w.e.f. 28 January 2015.
3. The Board had approved the appointment of Manorama Yadav as Company Secretary of the Company as a Whole Time Key Managerial Person (KMP) w.e.f. 28 January 2015.
