At meeting held on 17 April 2015
CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 April 2015, has approved the appointment of Ashu Suyash as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015 and the terms and conditions of her appointment as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the same date.The Board also took on record the early retirement of Roopa Kudva as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 30 April 2015.
