Damodar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 September 2015, allotted 2225162 equity shares each aggregating Rs. 2.22 crore issued by capitalization of general reserve / securities premium and distributed as fully paid-up bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) new equity share for every 4 (four) equity share held to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members / Register of Beneficiaries as at the closing of 03 September 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
