DCM Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:- As the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has granted permission for expenses for the AGM on 29 September 2015, keeping in view the timeframe for AGM related activities and statutory requirements, ROC be requested for an extension of AGM till 30 November 2015.
