The Board of DCM Shriram Industries at its meeting held on 13 August 2019 has elevated Alok B Shriram (JMD & CEO)as Senior Managing Director & CEO & Madhav B Shriram (DMD)as Managing Director. The Board has inducted Urvashi Tilak Dhar on the Board and appointed her as Whole Time Director for a term of two years.
