At meeting held on 18 June 2014
DCW announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2014, have decided :subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, to issue upto 71,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis of Rs 2 each of the Company in one or more tranches, at the price to be fixed as per the Guidelines for preferential issues under SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2009) to the promoter group;
and to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 13 August 2014.
