Decillion Finance announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 07 October 2016, where Rama Kant Mishra was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 07 October 2016.Consequent to which Jitendra Kumar Goyal, Managing Director will no longer serve as the compliance officer of the company w.e.f. 07 October 2016.
