Den Networks announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 December 2016 approved the appointment of Dr Archana Hingorani as Non-Executive Nominee Director and accepted the resignation of Krishna Kumar PT Gangadharan from directorship of the Company.
