DFM Foods announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended the payment of dividend of Rs 2.50 per fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each for the year 2013/14.Further, the dividend as declared by the shareholders will be credited / dispatched between 01 August 2014 and 09 August 2014.
