The Board of Dhanada Corporation at its meeting held on 25 May 2018 has authorised Ramesh R. Havele (DlN 00007580), Chairman & Managing Director of the Company to approach Bank of Maharashtra for availing the "MAHA MUKTI YOJANA' Scheme introduced by the Bank for One Time Settlement (OTS) of its outstanding dues. Ramesh R.
