At meeting held on 30 May 2015
Digjam announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, has decided to incorporate a subsidiary company and invest upto Rs. 5 lakh in the Equity shares thereof. The said company would initially be engaged in trading in all kinds of textiles including yarn and fabrics and may also take up manufacturing in due course.
