At meeting held on 27 June 2016
E-Land Apparel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 June 2016 has resolved the following:1. Acceptance of resignation of Yangweon Yoo as Managing Director with effect from 27 June 2016. However, Yangweon Yoo will continue as a Executive Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Kwang Hyuck Choi as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 27 June 2016, subject to the approval of Shareholders, Central Government and such other approvals as may be required if any, under Companies Act, 2013.
