Eastcoast Steel announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 12 February 2015, P.K.R.K. Menon has resigned as a director on the board of the Company with immediate effect.Menon shall however continue to remain as the Company Secretary and Compliance Office of the Company.
