Eco Friendly Food Processing Park announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 December 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the following resolution.1. Appointment of Satender Kumar as an additional Director & Non-executive Director on the Board w.e.f. 30 December 2014.
2. Resignation of Amar Singh Bisht w.e.f. from 27 December 2014 and acknowledge his contribution during the tenure.
