EID Parry (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:- Anand Narain Bhatia, Independent Director was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors in the place of A. Vellayan who had stepped down as Chairman on 22 May 2015.
