Emerald Leasing Finance And Investment Co announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 April 2015, decided to appoint Amarjeet Kaur as Company Secretary cum Compliance officer of the company in place of Kirti Arora who has tendered his resignation which was duly accepted by the Board.Further, Company is appointing Sheetal Kapoor as Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O) of the Company w.e.f. 02 April 2015.
