Esab India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 January 2015, has approved the appointment of Vikram Tandon, Sudhir Chand, Kalyana Sundaram Vaidyanathan and Sabitha Rao as Independent Directors for a term of five years with effect from 29 January 2015 subject to the approval of shareholders to be obtained by way of postal ballot which is being sent to the shareholders separately for which the cut off date is taken as 02 February 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
