Essar Oil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:- Dr. Sabyasachi Sen has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 25 May 2015.
- Resignation tendered by Mr. T. S. Narayanasami, Independent Director effective from 25 May 2015 was noted by the Board.
