Essel Propack announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity share on 15,71,01,285 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.The date of payment of dividend will be on or after 11 July 2014.
