Excel Infoways announced that Kamal Thaker the erstwhile Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has resigned with effect from 31 March 2014.At the Board meeting held on 19 May 2014, Monika Shah has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 01 April 2014 for the purposes of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
